Pick the route that matches what you need — it reaches the right queue faster than a general email.
Effective
Start with the right route
Something in a report is wrong
Use the correction form. It reaches the editorial queue directly, and it is the fastest way to get a factual error fixed. Anyone can use it — you do not need to be the subject of the report. See how corrections and retractions work.
You represent an organisation named in a report
Use the affected organisation route. These are prioritised. We will record your position — including a denial — even where we continue to publish, and we will correct anything factually wrong.
Personal data about you appears in a report
Write to support@threatbharat.com with the report and what you have found. These are treated as urgent and assessed ahead of the ordinary queue. You do not need to explain a legal basis to ask. See privacy.
You have found a security vulnerability in ThreatBharat
Write to security@threatbharat.com. Please read acceptable use first — testing against other users’ accounts or data is not in scope, and we ask you not to exfiltrate anything to prove a finding. Good-faith reports are treated as reports, not as incidents against you.
You want access to the platform
Use request access. Accounts are provisioned by an administrator; there is no public self-registration.
Account or sign-in problems
support@threatbharat.com. If you have simply forgotten your password, reset it — that is faster than emailing us.
Anything else
contact@threatbharat.com — media, research collaboration, partnerships, or a question none of the above covers.
Sending us something sensitive
Email is not confidential. If you need to send us something sensitive, write to security@threatbharat.com and ask for a secure channel before sending the detail.
Please do not send us breached data, credential lists, or database dumps. We do not accept them, we do not want to hold them, and we do not need them to report on a claim. Describe what you have seen instead. See source and evidence handling.
What to expect
- We acknowledge messages that need a reply.
- Correction and personal-data requests are assessed by someone who did not author the report in question.
- We will tell you the outcome, including when we disagree with you and why.
- We do not confirm to third parties that a particular person contacted us — see source handling.
Who we are not
ThreatBharat is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Government of India, any government body, regulator, or law-enforcement agency. We cannot take a criminal complaint, and we cannot act on your behalf against an attacker. If you are dealing with a live incident, contact your own incident response and the appropriate national authority.
